We shortlist installers, negotiate price and terms, lock the schedule. You approve before we commit.

Execution
We're on site with the installers. You can connect remotely to configure, or join calls. We're your eyes and hands.

How does pricing work?
Site survey by the hour or as a fixed quote depending on scope. Project execution by hours or day rate, plus pass-through cost of installers (which you approve before we commit). No hidden margins on third-party invoices.
Will you contact our customer directly?
Only in your name and only when you ask. We never sell, never quote alternative work, never solicit follow-up behind you. If the customer asks us about anything outside scope, we redirect them to you.
Are you insured? What if the installer messes up — who's responsible?
Yes — civil liability insurance (RC profesional + RC general). We choose the installer with your approval; we supervise on-site; we document. Material defects fall under the installer's warranty; coordination failures fall on us. The lines are clear before we start.
How fast can you mobilize?
Survey typically within 2 weeks of signed scope. Execution depends on installer availability — typically 4-8 weeks from approved plan. Urgent cases we discuss case-by-case.
What languages do you work in?
English, Spanish and Catalan on our side. We handle all communication with local installers, suppliers and authorities. NDAs signed before scope is shared.
Can you handle multi-site rollouts?
Yes. We've coordinated rollouts of 50+ APs across multiple locations. For multi-site projects we put a single project manager on your side, even when several installer teams are involved.
